MAMEHub 0.2b released

Got some more fixes in this morning:

• Fixed a bug in MAME where output was not being correctly flushed. This was causing people to see only "Creating server on port 5805" or nothing at all on the output log after a failed host/join. Now all of the output is correctly flushed to the log
• Fixed bug in the Host Game dialog where typing directly onto the file browser line didn't register.
• The installer now correctly creates a MAMEHub shortcut in the start menu

Rerun MAMEHub to get the first two fixes.  I made a new build (0.2b) with the fixed installer that you can get here:  https://github.com/downloads/MisterTea/ClientServerMAME/MAMEHub_0.2b_Setup.exe


다른사람과 연결이 안되던 버그가 수정되었는지 테스트 해봐야 겠군요..
